Year 7 Sustainable Designs Showcase
A flair for eco-friendly designs are the theme for Year 7 Design showcaseAug 5th 2021
As part of Science Week, Year 7 students showcased their Sustainable Food STEAM designs. Primary classes visited the displays and were amazed by the various designs. They voted on their favourite designs each of which had to solve the brief of producing food for a growing population without wasting our precious Earth’s resources, including land and water. Currently we are using 1.5 times the resources that we have here on our planet Earth and it was a great learning experience to challenge Year 7 to think about how those resources can be better managed.
