Join us for ANZAC Day 2024

Victory invites our families to join us at two very important events in commemorating ANZAC Day next week.

Victory Lutheran College ANZAC Day Service - Wednesday 24th April

Families are warmly invited to attend our whole College ANZAC Day Service, which will be led by Year 3 students and held in Luther Hall on Wednesday, 24th April.

Please arrive by 8.50am ready for commencement of service at 9.00am.

The Service will conclude at approximately 9.30am.

Join us also at the Wodonga RSL ANZAC Day March - Thursday 25th April

Our Year 12 student leaders will represent the College at the ANZAC Day event in Wodonga and we encourage all Primary and Secondary students and their families to join us and attend the following service at Woodland Grove.

10.15am: Assemble - Any students wishing to march should assemble in Reid Street in front of the Wodonga RSL wearing full formal uniform. Mrs Kareena Musgrave will be in attendance. There will be a Victory Lutheran College banner to march behind.

10.30am: Memorial March - step off from Wodonga RSL at approximately 10.30am - 10.40am.

10.55am: Parents/Carers can meet their child at the end of the march, or alternatively are very welcome to march alongside.

11.00am: Memorial Service
Students and parents/carers are welcome to stay for the ANZAC Day Memorial Service at Woodland Grove following the march. Our College Vice-Captains, Adelaide Robb and Francis Davies will be laying a memorial wreath during the service.

The Wodonga RSL is also conducting a Dawn Service at 5.45am at Woodland Grove, Wodonga. They welcome all veterans, current serving personnel and their families, along with the general public, to join them at the Wodonga RSL for a Gunfire Breakfast, live entertainment, coffee & food vans and jumping castles from 6.30am.
