Are you a dedicated College Counsellor passionate about making a meaningful difference in students’ lives every day?

Victory are inviting applications from passionate and committed Counsellors to join our College Community in Term 4 2025.

The College Counsellor (known internally as the Wellbeing Mentor) provides a professional and confidential counselling service to Victory Lutheran College students, and where appropriate staff and families, to promote emotional health and well-being. The role enables our students to be supported and develop a resilience to help them cope with difficulties they face.

​As a Counsellor with Victory, you will be engaging and contributing to our diverse Victory community on a daily basis, with your can-do attitude. You will empower students towards their true potential, while exploring their creativity and helping them flourish.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a Counselling (or similar) role, within a school environment would be an advantage. The successful candidate will also be required to hold a current Victorian Working with Children Check and be willing to undertake a National Criminal Record Check.
