Cirrus
Cirrus is the main online medium in which parents/carers are able to keep up to date with student classwork, reports, College events, activities and excursions. Much of our communication is online-based and streamlined through this portal. Personalised log-in details are emailed to new parents/carers just prior to the start of the new school year. Cirrus is linked to the Victory App which we encourage all parents/carers to download.
Victory App
The Victory App is a user-friendly, convenient way to stay informed and connected with the College. In addition to accessing Cirrus, it has many other features, and parents/carers can tailor notifications to receive timely updates on what matters most to them, from academic progress to extracurricular activities.
College Calendar
The College Calendar is available at the beginning of each year as an official timetable of College activities. Each family can access the Calendar through Cirrus, the Victory App or on this website.
Voice of Victory
In 2025, the fortnightly "Voice of Victory" newsletter is transitioning to a quarterly magazine, still retaining the “Voice of Victory” title. Published at the beginning of each Term, it will be packed with highlights from the previous Term.
College 'Stepping Stones' Yearbook
The 'Stepping Stones' Yearbook provides the official records of the previous year’s activities, including class photos and year's highlights. A copy is distributed to each student at the beginning of the new school year.
Key Dates
The Key Dates for each school year are published annually with any updates advised to our College community via Cirrus and the College website. As an overview of the school year, it includes Term commencement and finish dates, public holidays and student free days to assist families with planning.
Diary
Secondary students will be supplied with a hardcover diary each year. They are required to maintain their diary to record homework and important events to assist developing their organisation skills.
