Victory Lutheran College is seeking a Coordinator of Daily Organisation to lead the effective management of daily staffing, relief and timetable organisation across the College. Open to teachers and non‑teaching professionals with strong coordination experience.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring teaching and learning proceed with minimal disruption by coordinating staff absences, relief coverage, room changes and supervision requirements. Working closely with Heads of School, the Principal, the College Timetabler and Administration staff, the Coordinator of Daily Organisation supports the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the College.
About the role
As the Coordinator of Daily Organisation, you will:
- Coordinate and manage daily staff absences and relief requirements, including arranging Casual Relief Teachers (CRTs) and internal coverage
- Communicate daily organisation details clearly and in a timely manner to teaching and administration staff
- Maintain accurate relief staff records and databases
- Support the induction and ongoing coordination of CRTs
- Oversee room changes, supervision arrangements and staffing for special events and exams
- Liaise with payroll and HR to ensure relief payments are accurate and timely
- Document and maintain procedures to support effective daily organisation
- Work calmly and professionally in a dynamic environment that requires sound judgement and flexibility
This role requires strong organisational skills, clear communication, discretion and the ability to build positive professional relationships across the College community.
