Victory Lutheran College is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our vibrant team.

As HR Officer, you will provide high-quality, professional support across a wide range of Human Resources functions. You’ll play a key role in implementing effective HR services and supporting strategic initiatives that align with the College’s vision. This position also helps facilitate strong communication and connection between our staff and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintaining employee records and HR systems
  • Assisting with policy implementation and compliance
