Carols@theCollege

Back at Victory and better than ever!

Carols@theCollege returned onsite for the first time in two years to Victory. A huge crowd of over 600 gathered in Luther Hall for an evening of carols with music provided by the Secondary band, Staff band and the St John’s Lutheran Church band. It was an absolute delight having our Foundation to Year 2 students present the Nativity play. Interspersed with catchy songs, it had the audience joining in the singing and doing the actions. A traditional Nativity portraying the true meaning of Christmas through the lens of our youngest students.

I want to say it was a blessing to see a packed Luther Hall, the smiles on young faces, and our community being able to spend time together afterward. In so many ways that is what Lutheran Schooling has been and should be about.

God bless everyone and my heartfelt thanks to the Primary teachers and support staff for their involvement prior, during, and after our Carols event.
